Colton as Napoleon Dynamite

Yeah!!!  I finally figured out how to upload videos.  This is Colton's video from when he tried out for 7th grade class officer.  I think that he makes a pretty good Napoleon.  This was way to funny not to share.

The Day After

This is the aftermath of the demolition derby.  Colton said that all of his classmates ganged up on him.  They all surrounded him and beat his car to a pulp.  The car just couldn't handle the abuse.  Somewhere between here and the school, Colton lost a bumper and a tire.

And, look... he still has a smile on his face!

6th Grade FUN!

Colton and Greg have been busy this week building a car for Colton's 6th grade celebration for always being prepared.  Each student is going to get their drivers license, go to a drive-in movie, participate in drag races and the evening will wrap up with a demolition derby.  (this seems like a lot of work and trouble to ultimately destroy it at the end of the night... that's just me though.)

It has been fun to watch Greg and Colton working on this project together.

This is the finished product.
Colton is very excited for his party tonight.

Cooper's Best Friend

I took some pictures of the boys a few weeks back and never got a chance to put them on the blog.  Cole and Cooper went out to feed their dog and let her run around for a little while and she had a great time with Cooper.

Spring Fever

My boys have been really enjoying the nice weather.  They want to be outside every minute that they can.  Cord and Cael play so good together.  They had the best day and nearly wore out the tires on the John Deer Gator.  I am so excited for Summer.

Pedro... Oh, I mean Colton

Colton is running for 7th grade class officer.  He made it past the primary election, and had to make a poster to hang up at school.  This is what we came up with.

It was so much fun working with him to put this poster together.  Truth be told, I think that I had a lot more fun than he did.  I think that he makes a cute Pedro... What do you think?  The final election is on Tuesday.  We'll keep you posted.

16 YEARS...

Greg and I celebrated our 16 year wedding anniversary on Thursday.  I cannot believe that it has already been 16 years.  Greg surprised me and sent me roses.  They are so beautiful.

Greg is always so thoughtful.  He is my best friend and he can always make me laugh.  I am so grateful for him.  He is a great Dad and a wonderful husband.
